We were buying from Edgewater and needed a lot of info upfront before making the trip to Jacksonville. Rich and Eddie are were great in sending photos, video, answering questions. Once we arrived, we saw a very organized lot of beautiful cars and nice offices. The test drive included filling the tank with gas and Eddie was especially knowledgeable about Jeeps. This was our first Jeep purchase and we couldn’t be more pleased. Omar in finance helped us with our loan and really made us feel comfortable in the process. We appreciated the extra discount for Ohio State fans 😉. And they stayed open a little late to make sure we could take our time in asking questions. I used to dread looking for a used car. I was in town for some training and I flew into Jacksonville, prior to coming in a spoke with Jovan and he told me to stop by and look at the car. I did and then went back for a test drive, Jovan stayed in touch with me and gave me all information that I needed. We agreed on a price and I needed it shipped to IL, Jovan coordinated that for me and made sure the vehicle made it to me. The first transport company was a little suspicious, so Jovan worked and got a better company and the vehicle was to me in 2 days…Great experience and I appreciate all the work Jovan put into this deal.
