Great experience from start to finish. We first reached out in December 2025, and from the beginning they were patient, honest, and never pushy. Carlos gave us time to research and even visit other dealerships without pressure. When we were ready, he was very patient while we worked with our bank on financing. He stayed professional and helpful the whole time. What meant the most to us was how respectful and supportive Carlos was to my wife, since this van was mainly for her. He made sure she felt comfortable and confident in the process. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but this team made it easy. We felt valued, not rushed. I highly recommend Carlos and this dealership.
San Antonio drivers totaled out my 17 year old son’s car and we ended up finding him the truck he wanted here. The one we saw online was a Silverado but they got us into this GMC Sierra with no problem. Family friendly people that were willing to work with us. Definitely good people we would do business with again. The truck is in great condition and came with a 24k mile warranty for peace of mind. The interior was leather with no rips or tears, everything was in working order. The only thing we replaced after leaving the dealership was the key fob. Needless to say my son was very happy about his truck and feels safer on the road now. Thank you Accumotors for the phenomenal truck and service!
I bought a Volkswagen Beetle about a month ago for my younger brother who just turned 16, and they lied to me about lots of neglected maintenance and other repairs when asked both over the phone and in-person. I ended up spending thousands more in a vehicle that should’ve had little to no issues from the start. They’re no help over the phone either, if you can even get a hold of them half the time. So, don’t expect a “ready to go” vehicle when basic maintenance is not a concern when selling their vehicles to customers. I cannot recommend this shady business!
