Owned used 2004 cts for less than 24 hours and ran into a problem. The car wouldn't start the next morning after I bought it. Called dealer for help and they tried to blow me off saying, "You bought a used car" and its probably a small problem, like the battery died. The dealer came of like they were trustworthy and had integrity but DOES NOT!!! I left the deal feeling like if I had any problems he would do whatever was necessary to make things right by me, but instead he basically put the problem back on me when he made me feel like it's my fault for buying a used car. When he said, you bought a used car, his tone was like, what do you expect? I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with this guy he may take advantage of you as well. If you do make sure you get the car checked by a mechanic before you buy it. This was a costly learning experience for me. I definitely got ripped off and will never do business with this guy again. I have to pay over $2000 to get the problem fixed because it's a cpu issue.
