Dealer was great! They had an amazing vehicle at a great price. The process was easy and the personal was extremely helpful. I would buy another vehicle from them no doubt. 2006 Sonata 59k original miles extremely clean! Very happy with the purchase. Thank you guys for all your help!
**** UPDATE **** Final update, we took it to Aamco, had it properly diagnosed and it does need a new transmission. We sent the information to Eli, but have not heard back yet. We understand that buying a vehicle from a “Buy Here, Pay Here” lot can be risky. But, when the dealer tells you he has his mechanic look at it to make sure it’s sellable and that we were getting a quality vehicle, and then 10 days later we have to replace the entire transmission, that’s not right. The fact that the problem codes were cleared before we purchased it, and the dealer said he drove it for weeks before he sold it, tells us that he did not have his mechanic look at it before he sold it to us. If he had, they would have seen the problem codes had been cleared and would have seen there was a problem. We can give Eli the benefit of the doubt and assume that they were cleared before he got it. Either way, the problems were not disclosed before purchase. Eli will is not responding to our messages, he is maintaining his position that he did nothing wrong. Sitting at Aamco waiting for it to be properly diagnosed, but most likely will need a new transmission. The dealer claims the truck was perfect and he drove it for weeks before he sold it to us, but based on our experience with the truck so far, something is not adding up. Unfortunately; we have to change our review. Only a week later and we’ve had to take the car to a mechanic to find out the transmission is bad. We had a mechanic plug his computer in and he informed us that some problem codes had been cleared recently . I can’t say for sure that Eli knew before he sold it to us, maybe the person that sold it to him had the codes cleared. Taking it for further diagnostics this weekend. We had a great experience at A4dable Rides. The owner is honest, polite, and professional. Very happy with the experience and purchase. Would absolutely buy from him again
Eli & Randy are great guys! When I came here I was a little cautious because I read a few angry reviews, but don’t believe any of them. I’m telling you this first hand, Eli & Randy are good guys. Be upfront, be honest with them and they’ll take care of you! Almost a month later, and my f150 is still going strong and I’ve taken it to get inspected by other shops & by every standard I have a decent truck! None of that ‘lemon’ stuff you see people talking about—those few people are projecting their own problems and it allllmost had me miss out on a great truck! Thanks Eli, thank you Randy. You saw that I was in need, and you didn’t push me to the side or put the almighty dollar over customer experience. I love you for that. Take great care, and thanks again!
