Yesterday my boyfriend went to finance a Mercedes high roof 2500 It’s 2021 a 32 miles cost 34000$ his credit is less then 600 the dealer said if he pay 6000$ down the bank will finance him 28000$ yesterday we gave the 6,000$ down payment they said we can go home with it come tomorrow to give us new tires and wash the outside this morning the bank call to confirm they said the price is 34000$ mean the dealer said the price will be 28000$ quickly my boyfriend put the transaction on hold and the bank said they don’t know anything about 28000$ and 6,000$ down deposits and the DEF system is canceled since they lied we decided to cancel the deal now the dealer won’t give back the down payment of 6,000$ they tried to offer other deal illegal deal like all we want the down deposit since the deal is cancelled I felt bad cz I was the one who told my boyfriend to go check on this dealer now cz of my the took his 6,000$ deposit I felt bad I couldn't sleep 2 thing 1) return the deposit 2) we gonna and fight this to the court 3) make sure we report to ppl so they won’t lose their money I strongly caution anyone considering this dealership. We put $6,000 down on a 2021 Mercedes Sprinter High Roof after the dealer promised bank financing for $28,000. The next day, the bank confirmed that no such financing existed, and the dealer refused to refund our deposit. This appears to be part of a pattern—multiple other customers have reported issues. We canceled the deal due to misrepresentation

Crooks!! My mom bought a car from this place, and within 24 hours it literally started pouring smoke. We had to tow it straight to a Toyota dealership, and that’s when everything blew up. They told us the car was basically undrivable and had been totaled just six months earlier. It would take around $15,000 in repairs to make it safe. And the worst part? It looked like they only slapped a new hood and bumper on it to hide the damage. A quick cosmetic cover-up just to get it off their lot. I have never seen my mother cry over a purchase before. She was devastated—and furious—and honestly, so am I. Based on what we went through, I wouldn’t trust these people with a bicycle, let alone a car. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.
