Do not.... I repeat..... Do not purchase an automobile from this shop...... They will sell you cars that will fail as quickly as you've purchased it. Gerad is also nasty, rude, arrogant, and condescending - And will deny you warranty when you need it. Their cars have issues (that they are most certainly aware of) but won't share with you. I firmly believe the positive reviews were merely people who happened to get lucky. You're taking a gamble where you very well may be having issues come up on your car even as soon as a week after you've purchased it; and when you do, gerad will do what entitled, narcissistic, greedy folks will (deflect, cross arms, and villainously chuckle in your face) and say, "too bad" with a grinchy grin on his face. The very definiton of cheap/mediocre car salesman. Even the guys in connection with their repairs believe Estates are full of it. They've mentioned customers constantly being screwed by Estates warranty. That says enough.. That's actually sad. All of those areas failing on your vehicle will surely be coming out of your pocket. But don't worry. Gerad will tell you this himself. Already warned family and friends, and they reconsidered A Estates as an option and found much success elsewhere. There are many other options throughout Vineland, save yourself the risk and the disrespect. Also. These guys are way too hotshot for what they've got out on their lot
DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! Buyer beware! My son purchased a truck from them October 1st, 2024. He took a car loan and then 17 days later we found out the frame of the truck had been camouflaged to look normal, when it was cracked- destroyed and not drivable. We even purchased a warranty that conveniently does not include such things as the frame. So now my son is paying a loan on a truck he cannot drive and we believe to be not repairable unless thousands are spent. When we contacted Gerard- he was belligerent and unwilling to take the vehicle back 17 days after purchase. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!! I will not call him a “dealership” as it’s obviously a front for fraudulent vehicles purchased at auction. Ugh, we are so stuck now because of these crooks!
