Did a great job repairing my lower front bumper and front fender liners. I really appreciated that they were willing to do the repairs with the aftermarket parts I had purchased when I thought I may have been able to do it. Please don’t go here unless you have cash in your hand for the exact same amount you’re quoted… I was quoted $2,580 to fix my vehicle, once I dropped my vehicle off, I paid half of the quoted price with was $1,260. I was told it would be ready in a week. A week later my vehicle still wasn’t ready. I had to get a rental to go out of town for Spring Break because my vehicle wasn’t ready. Another week passed and my vehicle still wasn’t ready.. They kept my vehicle for two weeks. When I did pick up my vehicle, they increased the price to $2,844 and they went back to my insurance for an additional $700. I was charged an additional $250 out of my pocket and they tried to get me to pay an additional $60 to cover their card fee after they told me to pay them through cash app.. They gave me the run around with my vehicle for two weeks, waiting on payment confirmation from the insurance company… I had to pay for Lyft rides to and from the location because this place couldn’t provide transportation for me to go back home or to pick you my vehicle.. Please don’t take your vehicle here, please. Find someone who will do quality work and offer great customer care and service to you for being a customer… I will never do business with them again and I’ll never recommend them to anyone..
Very reasonable pricing for reattaching my front bumper, and a nice quality of work. Other body shops wanted to charge exorbitant fees so that they could buy a new bumper and install it.
