Terrible service. My son and I were there 15 minutes before we had to walk in and find someone to help us. I was told I couldn’t test drive a vehicle without running a credit check for pre-approval, showing them my credit score and wanting to know how much down. Why would I add a hard inquiry to my credit BEFORE test driving a vehicle to see if we liked it? There was no salesmen on duty just a poor young lady who had to call a salesman to ask questions over the phone. Why would anyone have their credit run before a test drive? They didn’t ask to see my license or insurance either. I’m a 45 year old female with insurance and a perfectly clean driving record. They lost my business for sure.
This place was great, got a 2022 honda accord hybrid sport and we asked for new rims for the same price and they replaced them no problem because the rims were in bad shape, everything worked out, adan Lopez helped us out, wonderful guy thanks guys for everything
No stars! Do not go to this brude of vipers! I just bought a truck about a month ago. Sway bar links are broke. Frame was rusted out on both sides, gas tank is about to fall out because of all the rust. They are scam artists. Taking advantage of unknowlegeable people. I am just floored by the unprofessionalism. Nobody wants to fix it because how bad it is. I just couldn't imagine anyone that owns a dealership would find that safe! I bet you wouldn't put your family in it! Praise the Lord it hasn't killed anybody.
I got my car from 4 Friends Auto Sales in April 2018. One of the men working there asked me to give a 5 star review and in return he’d give me a $50 credit. Since the service was great, I gave a 5 star review, when i went back the guy pretends he didn’t tell me about the $50. I’m giving 4 Friends Auto Sales a 1 star for lying. The car and service was great, if you want 5 stars just ask, there was no need to lie to me.
