The experience of buying was great. Got my dream jeep 2013 wrangler sport black. Or so I thought. Drove it 3 weeks putting 323 miles on it for it to start over heating. I thought we'll I bought the warranty and little to my knowledge warranty didn't take effect until 45 days had to have 1,000 miles on it. Jeep has been in shop for 7 weeks now. They had put some kind of stop leak in it to seal holes. Rear main seal is leaking and having to rebuilt the top part of my motor estimated cost 3,800. Told them about it and they sent me $550. Grateful they did that but still doesn't help the fact they sold me a junk jeep that I've waited to get for years. I won't make the same mistake again. This is not how you get repeat customers

This is the worst car dealership i've ever worked with. We purchased a used car that had 45 thousand plus miles two days later the battery light kept coming on and the car would die on us sitting at a red light! That's just for starters...we was told it only had one previous owner but carfax says that we are the now the 5th owner plus it's been in 3 car wrecks.we had the car 3 months and have made 8 attempted repairs and warranty isn't covering anything.also found out that the last two owners had it no longer than a month but when we tried to return it to 3 brothers and they said they couldn't take it back.we can't trade it in because they got us for 27 thousand dollars and we're to far in upside down debt.so thanks for all the trouble 3 brothers.
