Greg took time to show me some vehicles. I didn't have an appointment, and he took time out of his busy schedule. I test drove the vehicle I liked, and the next day I drove it off the lot. A co-worker told me about this dealership, and I have excellent credit, but I don't like Fayetteville dealerships because they inflate the prices. Greg is on incredible guy, and he is a veteran. 2nd chance auto is a nice place to look at vehicles.
My husband texted the number to ask about financing a vehicle he saw on the lot but not on the website, shortly after he received a call. As soon as my husband answered he began rambling on about how he’s done this over 30 years and how he has over 10,000 customers. He then asked him if he wanted to finance or buy, my husband being a first time buyer and wanting to build credit told him he wanted to finance. As soon as he said that he began saying he doesn’t do a first time buyer program which was understandable but then he continued rambling on. He kept rambling on for a while before my husband inevitably hung up. My husband was willing to buy cash as he had $20,000 on hand but preferred to finance due to the situation. Even though he didn’t give my husband a good chance to go speak I guess we can give him props for wishing him good luck after the call ended.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received. I contacted the dealership to inquire about inventory due to the absence of online listings. When I asked the representative if he had any vehicles for sale, he responded with a sarcastic tone, asking “what do you mean if I have cars on my lot”. I explained that there was no inventory listed online, and he stated that he doesn’t care about online sales, as he has a large volume of in-person customers. I expressed my disappointment with his rudeness, and he remained unapologetic, telling me to have a great life. And honestly this is way too nice of a review. I leave him with the Isaiah 48:22 “There’s no peace, says the Lord, “for the wicked”.
