I have been there several time with my partners car and every time I feel like I’m leaving it in the right hands. Pricing is very competitive. The parking is a little tight but it is more than made up for in the level of service and quality that you receive. Don’t be afraid to give this place a try. I was licking myself for not coming to him and his team earlier.
We bought a car from this shop about 6 months ago. From day 1 the check engine light was on and we told them and they told us that it was just the gas cap letting air in. We bought a new gas cap and the light stayed on. The windshield wiper fluid tank was also broken as if the car was in an accident and the mechanics at this shop never replaced the wiper fluid. So when my wife and I walked in to buy an SUV with our baby daughter, these people swindled us into buying a car that was on its last leg and never actually fixed the car even though we alerted them that the vehicle’s check engine light was on the day that we bought the car. I wouldn’t trust them if I were you. Update: took the car to a REAL mechanic and we have to have the engine fixed. This seller is a scammer. Don’t trust them.
I bought a scion Xd from this dealership one month ago. After one day of owning it I started having fan system and serpentine belt issues thankfully The dealership resolved them. After a few weeks of ownership of the car I started hearing clicking noises and was experiencing trouble shifting. I asked to bring the car into the dealership so one of their techs could look at it. The owner Ali left me on read, then ignored all my other many messages. I found that they did not check the wheels and my front wheel only had 3 lug nuts under the hubcap. After bringing the car to a mechanic they diagnosed a list of things wrong with the car including worn out control arm bushings and worn out sway bar bushings. To top it off The Right side output shaft for transaxle is bad on the transmission. So now I need to replace all of that after the dealership told me “the car is ready to go no problems at all”.
