My sister Bought the car in January 2024. The car has been in their shop twice. First the transmission went out in early March. Then a alternator (or something)by April (I'm not a mechanic ) Now it's the ignition switch.They were nice until after they received the money and then we realized the car would not last until it gets paid off. Still paying for a car that doesn't run. Why would you sell someone a car that you know will keep breaking down and to a single mom. Just trying to hit people pockets. Well anyway sent the car back to them to get a ignition switch and this is how they returned the car and my bolts are missing. Don't trust the 😁 it's all a lie. Selling Cars that are not good to certain people 😔. Now looking through more than the first 3 reviews I see the pattern of selling bad 🚗 .
I have to say, nicest staff in the world! Starting from the from the front desk to the manager they are really sweet . However , after 11 calls ( I actually know this ) I placed to them asking for help, 7 of those calls were for the same issue , I only received 1 return phone call after repeatedly being told “I’ve got your number right here , we will call you back .” It honestly felt like the typical after the sale was over they didn’t want to deal with me. I literally went to DMV , ordered AND received a tag before my tag through the mail before I got my tag from Nations Auto. So to sum it up. Awesome during the sale….. then awesomeness ends.
