I purchased a 2016 Chrysler Town & Country minivan from Danny and I must say it was a very fast and stress free experience. I was looking for a dealership to purchase a good used car, when I stumbled upon 800 Auto Approved. I called to see if I could stop by to look at a Lexus they had advertised. I went to the dealership and was greeted by Mark. It was close to closing time and we told Mark that we were interested in looking at the Lexus however, it was close to closing time. Mark went to the office to get the keys and allowed us to look the car over. We couldn't test drive the car because they had just got the car the day before and it was going to the shop to have a steering issue repaired. We expressed an interest in purchasing the car Mark told us the car would be ready in a day or two. Not only did we get a fair price for the car, but we traded in our old car. The day that I was supposed to pick up the car, Mark reached out to me to tell me that he car was still in the shop but would be ready to pick it up the next day. He told me that he wanted to make sure that the repair was properly done and that the car was in good condition before closing the deal and handing the car over to me. I had a great experience dealing with Mark and I met the owner Dan, and he made sure that the transfer of title and insurance were completed.
