I usually never leave reviews, but I had an exceptionally great experience with purchasing a vehicle here last month. Bob was extremely friendly, honest & gave me a great deal on my van. He had several quality vehicles with affordable prices. Will definitely consider purchasing future vehicles here! Thanks Bob (van is still running great)!

Should have wrote this review sooner. We bought a 2007 Ford focus wagon. We had some issues right after we bought it. Bob could have said too bad but he worked with us. He was fair and honest. That's a rare quality from a used car cpany. I will definitely be buying my next car from him!! Can't recommend him enough.

I purchased a car from here a few months ago. Since then, I have had three separate issues with the car. I was given a "30-Day Warranty" however, the owner is impossible to get in contact with. I have attempted to call him upwards of 20 times during his extremely limited business hours, but have never gotten in contact with him. I would never ever consider buying a car from this location.

My dad and I went here to buy a Chevy Malibu from this guy in August 2019 and it was a very bad experience. He allowed us to take the car for a test drive and go to my uncles house, who is a mechanic, to look over the car. My uncle went under it and felt around and felt that the front passenger side tie rod had a little play in it. My dad and I told this guy that, and he was almost yelling at us and arguing with us saying there is no way to feel that unless you lifted the car. He also watched us pull the car back onto the lot after the test drive and saw the driver side headlight was out and didn’t say anything to us. My dad noticed it when I was following him in the car after we purchased it and drove off the lot. He also would not negociate price what so ever. He promised us that he looks over all of the cars he sells to make sure everything was okay and if it was going to go bad in a little while that he would fix it before he sold it. He apparently does not do a very good job doing that because 2 months later, my check engine light comes on and it’s going to cost me a little under $600 to fix it. I bought the car with 76,652 miles on it, and it now has 78,354. So I haven’t even put 2,000 miles on it since I bought it. Not to mention, the cup holders inside the car were taken out so I had to buy new ones, and the handles and most to all of the plastic parts inside the car were sticky for some reason. So needless to say, this guy is very unprofessional and impolite. I would not recommend anyone buy a car from this guy.

Just bought a car from Bob at 151 Emporium. Very good experience dealing with Bob. His cars are all top notch cars that he sells. We feel he is very honest to deal with. There was no pressure. We'll certainly come back again.
