I was so excited to get my new red RAV4 from 123 Auto. The reviews were excellent compared to other car dealerships in the area within my price range. I bought it October 17, 2022 with 168,000 mi. She was a grandmother but I was going to just use her to commute back and forth to work. Mike was so nice and let me test drive the car. It ran well although there was one sensor that was faulty. It was a 2007 so I wasn't too worried about it. The engine sounded good to me and it drove well. I knew I would need new tires for my truck so I took it straight to my local tire shop to have the wheels replaced. 15 minutes into my appointment my mechanic pulled me outside and asked me how long I've had this vehicle. This was about a week after I purchased the car. He had the car up on the lift and revealed to me that the entire bottom of the car was rested out as if he had been sitting in water for a long period of time. He mentioned to me that this car was unsafe to drive as the wheel bearings were so rusted that they were chipping away. My heart dropped but I was determined to stay positive. I took it to five mechanics in Jacksonville and they refused to work on my vehicle citing that they don't want to be liable if this car falls apart. Now I understand I purchased the vehicle with a lot of miles and I expected it to be in less than perfect condition but here I am on January 10th 2023 stranded as my tire has disengaged and the axle has rusted away. I am devastated and I don't have the thousands of dollars it would take to completely rebuild this truck. It should not have even been for sale as it is dangerous to even drive given the amount of rust that has corroded this vehicle. I'm out 7800 and no hope. I usually try not to leave reviews at all especially negative ones but I purchased a lemon and I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.
I am one of the original customers of 1 2 3 Auto. I bought a 2003 Nissan Sentra back in 2017 which was one of the owners personal vehicles that they were selling on the lot. I drove that vehicle till this past January when it was unfortunately totaled. With great customer service I was able to get a replacement vehicle.
Amazing dealership, the professionalism and fantastic affordable prices. I went here to purchase another car, other dealerships turned me down, but this company gave me a chance. I am so blessed and grateful for them opening their doors to me. I highly, recommend it if you're looking for a vehicle, please go to them.

I've bought alot of cars from other used lots and I must say, after shopping at 123 auto, I haven't been anywhere else since. They set the standard high! They aren't pushy, they tell you any issues with any car you ask about and are knowledgeable about different makes and models which helps narrow it down to help you find what you need. I've recommended friends and family to purchase cars here as well and everyone is still riding clean in their cars from this lot. Quick and easy and the prices are always right. 10/10 recommend
