My car broke down after two weeks! All vehicles here are rebuilt titles and perhaps everyone should know this before purchasing. I didn’t and maybe that makes me naive; however, I thought I was paying an average price for an average vehicle but I overpaid by an incredible margin. This is absolutely the worst place to purchase a vehicle. I bought a Scion tC with a lot of miles on it and hoped the price would be worthy ($7,500 for 140,000 miles) but I was sorely mistaken. The car broke down on me so quickly with normal in-town driving. I had it towed back to 101 and they told me they would fix it, no problem. After three “transmission replacements” over the course of 3 months my car still didn’t run and I gave up, letting it sit in my back yard for months. Initially I tried to keep in constant contact with Ruben, the mechanic at the dealership, who consistently made me feel awkward and uncomfortable by flirting with me and kissing my hand, in order to get my car in working condition, but every time he left me with a running car that had to be towed 20 miles after driving it. I got sold a lemon and when I finally had enough sucking up to Ruben I had it towed to the dealership when the owner told me I had to take it up with Ruben because he was the one working on my car and they had nothing to do with it (I was still making payments on the car). I finally had to take it to another shop to have it rebuilt. But the reason I advise anyone attempting to purchase a vehicle here is that they give zero in regards to what you purchase as long as you purchase. No one at this establishment is willing to make good on their end once you have signed the document.
This is the second car that I brought from them. 2 scion tc's an there awesome a 2009,2013. I had the 2009 for 3 years and it never had not one issue yet the 2013 I just brought but 3 months in and so far so go. I'm not saying no one will have a problem but I had a great experience. I brought a few cars an so far this is the best one I've come across. You see I went back three years later for another one that tells you something go check them out if you need a car I highly recommend
