First time at Cochran Monroeville GMC a very pleasant experience from beginning to the final deal. Salesman Darius Singleton very easy to deal with making sure my buying experience was stress free. During the final numbers of the deal he explained everything and made sure I was pleased. Lucas Anderson in Finance was very proffessional and efficient. Near the end of my experience Sales Manager Dale Taylor checked with me making sure I was totally satisfied with my deal.
I took my 2017 Buick Encore for an inspection on 12/12/25 that we purchased from Cochran in 2018 with 53 miles on it. The sale person was excellent back then. My estimate was $4,381.24 I told Matthew if it passes inspection without all the recommendations then I don't need the other work done. It passed inspection at Cochran I ended up paying Cochran $425.44. I took my car to Nicks complete auto on Stotler road. I payed $465.00 plus they give a 10% discount if you have AAA. For the upgraded estimate Cochran gave us. We have purchased 1 truck and 2 cars from Cochran. We will not use them again I hope Cochran won't try to RIP other customers off. Good luck to Cochran Nick's auto is where we will go from now on. Our next car purchase will be from Nissan or Toyota.
