I have been a loyal Cadillac customer for years and have purchased multiple vehicles from this brand. Less than a year ago, I purchased a Cadillac CT5, and unfortunately, my experience since then has been extremely frustrating. The check engine light has come on at least five separate times, requiring me to drive 50 minutes each way to the dealership just to have it addressed and reset. Initially, I was told the light was triggered by routine system updates and that there was no real fix — that it “just happens.” This explanation alone was concerning. Most recently, however, I was given a completely different explanation: I was told there is a mechanical issue involving the crankshaft. The part is reportedly on backorder and could take up to a year to arrive. I was told there is nothing they can do in the meantime and that engineers may be investigating it as a potential recall issue. This ongoing problem is more than just inconvenient. Because the check engine light remains on, I cannot use my remote start — which is especially problematic during several weeks of below-freezing temperatures here in Pennsylvania. To make matters worse, we reached out to the salesman who sold us the vehicle and received no response. When we later saw him in person, he stated he “forgot about us.” However, the dealership has been quick to send surveys asking for a 5-star rating. I am extremely disappointed with the inconsistency in communication, the lack of urgency, and the overall customer support. After this experience, I will definitely rethink purchasing another Cadillac in the future.

Recently had to drop my car off it was not running right and needed inspection as well as oil change.Turns out a rodent chewed my wires. They fixed the issue promptly. Melissa was awesome and has a wonderful personality and very courteous! They did a detail video of my car and what they were doing so I could see what the problem was.

Bought a Cadillac optic from them and have had some issues since, really like the car. But the issues continue to persist and the car has needed to go back to the shop 5 times and each time their service team tells us nothing is wrong with the car or they have to wait on parts that never come in. And the list of issues with it continues to pile up. We're taking our car to a different cadillac dealership.

I stopped at #1 Cochran Cadillac GMC to pick up my custom GMC mats, and the gentleman was very kind and helped me to install them into my Terrain. Overall, it was a beautiful dealership and had wonderful, helpful staff!

First off let me say that I went on the Cadillac website and submitted to both Cadillac dealerships around the Pittsburgh area that was I was looking to purchase a new 2025 or 2026 CT5-V. The first dealership reached out and did not want to locate a vehicle for me and insisted on ordering a new Cadillac. That was not what I said in my message when I messaged them about the new car purchase. Logan from #1 Cochran Monroeville reached out to me and told he was willing to help me and well it was smooth sailing from there. Within 10 days, he had a car for me and I picked up my car 17 days after I had my first appointment. They did everything I asked and then some.
