We were in the market for a used SXS. Vern Eide had the best selection and the most accurate prices. We found one that fit our needs and took it home. It had some mechanical issues right away but the issues were things that wouldn't be noticed until the unit was put to work. After a personal visit with Dylan and Brian they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Took XP 1000 to the Black Hills deer hunting, called Chad told him was ready for another service. Told me wasn't quit ready by time and miles. I bought their maintenance package asked to use an extra oil change and look over after trip. He scheduled a day convenient for me. Service did a amazing job, looked at everything. They even inspected the belt early to make sure all was good to avoid future issues. Couldn't be more happy with the service provided. Bonus, was ready the same day.
I bought a Polaris northstar crew ultimate, great sales experience, they didn’t push too hard to sell the extended warranty and service coupons, I would have thought the gas tank would have been full, and I thought I’d ask for a ball cap. I was told that’s how they keep their prices low…. Owen did a great job!
