From start to finish, the team treated me like a friend rather than just another customer. The entire process was seamless: Sales: Ox was fantastic and made the buying process easy and stress-free. Management: Ivan ran a tight ship and ensured everything was handled professionally. Parts: Kat helped me get set up with my new HJC helmet (great selection in stock!). Customer Service: Barbara was incredibly welcoming and made sure I felt valued throughout. What really stood out was their flexibility. Since I was still waiting on my M-endorsement appointment, they accommodated my request to have the bike delivered to my home. That kind of service is rare and much appreciated! A friend from my MSF course actually bought his Rebel 500 here as well, so they are clearly the go-to spot for the Rebel family. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future services since they take appointments and work weekends, which is a huge plus for my schedule. I bought a 2025 Indian Scout bobber. Antoine was my sales guy and he really took care of me. Ivan the sales manager really went to bat for me and got me the best deal. The entire staff was great as well and made me feel welcomed. I would highly suggest this location for your next bike. Awesome deals. I went to Team Mancuso Powersports 59 after things not working out at a dealership in Katy. Ivan at Team Mancuso 59 gave me a very good deal on the 2025 Honda SCL500. I came into this dealership on a Saturday morning and I was greeted by Ox right away. After telling Ox I came in to purchase the SCL, Ox had me sit on the bike to make sure it's exactly what I wanted. Ox then assisted me with getting the ball rolling. Ox's customer service was top notch, he offered me and my wife refreshments while we were waiting for the Finance Department to start the paperwork. Ox frequently checked on us and updated us with the process. Signing paperwork with Chance in the Finance Department was a breeze. Chance explained everything to me in details and we were done with paperwork in less than 30 minutes. Ox then took me to the Parts then Service Department to get me the Service Schedule for my bike. After telling Ox I'd need the bike to be delivered, Ox immediately set up a date/time that would fit my schedule. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes total. I got my bike delivered to my house a couple days later without any issues. Overall, Ox and the staff at Team Mancuso Powersports 59 made my first bike purchase a very positive experience.
