Purchased my Yamaha jet boat brand new from River Valley. Love the boat. Their service department recently performed a 100 hour service and the experience was not good. Full service includes all electrical components but did not address obvious issue with USB cord hanging loose (picture attached). Service manager said they check things like the radio but don't even look at hanging cords, etc unless customer specifically tells them to. Doesn't make any sense. They took no accountability for their technician's oversight. Be warned that they don't stand behind their service.
What a fantastic experience. Peter was great. Honest, responsive and straight forward. Garrin made paperwork and financing painless and expedited. The dealership is clean, well laid out, and great selection. Couldn't recommend an experience more.
River Valley is 100% great to work with. We had some issues with our old side by side and they not only went out of their way to help us resolve the issues they supported us trading to a new General. Worked with Ethan and ordered a Red talon fox live valve but this one happened to come in and it turned out way better looking. Was an awesome experience working with him getting a sweet stereo and winch installed and overall great guy to work with. I highly recommend them. My family loved the Christmas Present. 💯👍 🇺🇸
