I finally found the best KTM dealer in Florida!!! I started off dealing with Carl to get my bike serviced and they did not disappoint. They actually understand what customer service means and not lip service. Chris, the service manager Overlooked the progress of my bike and checked in with me on intervals to keep me updated and Xavier the tech that worked on my bike is spot on I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was there as they opened and within seconds I got help from the receptionist I was referred to a sales executive who's name is Terry . I purchased a white suzuki boulevard g50t special and I love it ,perfect fit and just enough power for my needs . Right from the beginning there was no pressure and it felt like we knew each other for years ..definitely would recommend Riva . Going to have plenty miles of fun and safe riding in the coming years .
I never bought anything new always seeking to sacrifice a little quality to save a few bucks. In 2024 I decided to buy a new boat and chose a jet boat. The best decision I made was selecting Rivas as my dealer. From my salesman Sal, to Chris and Carl in service, my experience has been stress fee and top notch. I called Sal a few weeks ago and he took my call first ring. Delivery was perfect. 2 years in and the guys in service are courteous, on time and responsive and above all honest. If you are in the market, this is the place to do business. You don't get this treatment anywhere else today.
