I absolutely love this place. I own a 2012 KX250F dirt bike, and Ride Motorsports always has the accessories and parts I need even though they are not even a Kawasaki dealership. Every time I have a question, their team is quick to help and always friendly. One time, I found a pair of gloves marked 60% off, even though the sign was an accident — but they still honored the deal without hesitation. That kind of honesty and kindness goes a long way. They’ve also fixed my popped tires quickly and efficiently, saving me a ton of time. Another time, I went in to buy a brake lever, and they originally thought it was out of stock. A few minutes later, as I was still shopping, they found one and made sure to update me right away. Their customer service and attention to detail really stand out. Huge respect and appreciation for the entire Ride Motorsports team — I’ll definitely keep coming back.
Ride saved us during the pandemic. We over-paid but there was no inventory. What we’re left with is a side by side that we’ve had a ton of fun with. And fun for the whole family. But aside from the obvious, with a dump bed, drop down tailgate, it’s our workhorse too. What used take days moving felled trees and the resultant logs now takes hours. We also use it to pull our ride mower through the steep spots. We used to rent a machine. Now we have Can Am 700. It’s been great in all ways. Thanks Ride! To think I was going to buy my son a used ATV for his birthday ;)
Alex and Jeremy at the service department are super helpful. They care about their clients. They are clearly very passionate about the work they do. They are super knowledgeable when it comes to answering all the questions someone has about their bike. If they don’t know the answer they will immediately research until they come up with the right answer. These guys are booked out by a month and even though they are dealing with constant work loads followed with for schedule changes. They will take your call about any and all questions regardless of the work load they are dealing with. 10/10 for both gentlemen. Thank you so much for doing the best possible work that you can do for the motorsports community. You are the sole reason I will always be returning to your shop for all of my motorcycle / Scooter needs. Highly recommended, wouldn’t go anywhere else, well worth the wait! Thanks for doing outstanding work to help me get my Honda ADV150 back on the road! You guys are awesome.

We called about a motorcycle we were interested in on Friday, and got financing squared away and details settled over the phone with an employee named Bill I believe. Came in the next day and we were able to be in and out loading it up within about 35 minutes! Much appreciated as we drove over two hours to get there, and we hate going vehicle shopping. Dealer fees were high, as expected anywhere. But their riding gear for sale is way overpriced! However, the staff was all friendly and efficient. Taylor in financing was pleasant and made sure to be thorough. The store is very large and has clean bathrooms. Most dealerships will offer you water bottles or snacks while you are there but this group does not.
