I always receive great service. I have them service my garden tractor and swap attachments in the fall and spring. Always show up when they say they will. Also have my sleds serviced at their shop. Any issues are repaired properly and the work quality is excellent. Of course it is not cheap but the flip side is you get what you pay for and k have never been disappointed.
Recently bought a Z125 Pro from Power Pac after shopping for a small motorcycle. They were by far the most straight forward and easiest dealer to work with. Where other dealers wanted me to “come in this afternoon to go over everything” before giving me a final price, Power Pac was transparent, straight forward, and true to their word. I would not hesitate buying from here again or recommending to friends and family.

Made an appointment For December 4th drop our snowmobile off early it needed the carburetor's gone through which is exactly what I told them when I dropped it off on December 4th I received a call that said I was right about the diagnosis of the snowmobile and it would take about a week to get parts. We waited, made multiple phone calls and got no return phone calls, stopped in in person and got no answers. A month and a half later we got the snowmobile back with a price tag on the job for nearly $800 seems a little strange especially when it was always next to be taken care of. I would not recommend the service department unless there was some major changes in how it was run especially the customer service part.
