On a Friday afternoon, I walked in just before closing, and from the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. Cody greeted me with a smile, even while he was busy helping another customer, and directed me to the used inventory downstairs. I found the 2012 HD Fat Boy I had been searching for, along with a few other bikes. Though the Indian I was interested in had sold, I was excited about the Fat Boy. Mark quickly joined me and was eager to assist, even with just 40 minutes until closing. He offered me a test ride, and despite the time crunch, the team made it happen! Garrison, the Sales Manager, was friendly and thorough, ensuring I was comfortable with my riding experience before I took the bike out. I ended up taking two laps—both city and highway—because I wanted to really get a feel for the bike. The staff’s dedication to customer service was apparent, as they prioritized my experience over rushing through the sale. After some negotiating, I left with a financing application completed and plans to return on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised when I returned Saturday morning and found Garrison ready to help me finalize everything. David in Finance was fantastic, explaining every document clearly and ensuring I understood the process. By Saturday afternoon, just 22 hours after my first visit, I was riding off on my dream bike!
