Just recently took my 2023 Triumph T120 into there shop for its initial 500 mile service. All was good except while in the shop they damaged my nearly brand new Triumph seat. First off, we all make mistakes, it is how we handle those mistakes that makes a difference. The shop manager accepted responsibility for the damaged seat and after a bit of paperwork on there end, I received a brand new seat as a replacement. I appreciate the honesty and taking responsibility for their involvement. Again, everyone makes mistakes but it is how we handle those mistakes that sets us apart. I just had a service on my 2024 Royal Enfield “Super Meteor” at Maverick Motorsports in Missoula! This my second service with these guys and they do an amazing job while also answering all of my questions. Since the weather in Missoula was so nice, I took my bike out on a long ride and it performed exceptionally well & that’s because of the team and their expertise at Maverick Motorsports! I just got back from a 12,000 plus mile tri on my 2016 thunderbird. Passing thru Missoula Mt I needed an oil change. I called Maverick, explained that I was in a hurry to get to washington. They took it in and did the oil change They also noticed that the tires were very worn. Looking at them I agreed.Maberick did 't ha bee the tires in stock but immediately got on the phone. After much calling around the service manager tracked down the tires, had them picked up and installed Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly. They went the. Extra mile to hell me out. I can't recommend them highly enough.
The absolute friendliest, most knowledgeable staff in Missoula when it comes to motor-sports! I bought my Triumph here 5 years ago and they treat me like I own the place EVERY time i go in. They’re all smiles here and have the keys to the most fun you can have with your clothes on!
