Nice people, good selection of equipment, very helpful.
Purchased a used side by side. I called the dealership to confirm there would be plenty of time on Saturday to take care of this transaction. When I got there, the salesman was busy with another client, which is understandable. Here’s where it gets crazy, I asked the salesman about the unit. I was curious to purchasing. We both knew it was used, and I asked him if there were any physical or known mechanical problems with the machine and he looked straight at me and said it was used. My point is we both knew it was used and the bumper was bent in so I wanted to see how honest the sales guy was and if he was going to bring up a few little items, but he just blew me off. This was the UTV I wanted to purchase and the price was right but the salesman and I spoke a dozen words to each other at most and I left there with a used machine because the price was correct. I did get a very good vibe off of the salesman as if he had no cares, he made me feel like I was not welcomed. “Just buy this product so I can get out” should be there logo.
I traveled an hour and a half to purchase a ranger from Leone’s. My local dealerships were higher priced, and had less than stellar customer service. I was super pleased with my sales experience with Matt at Leone’s. After owning my new ranger for less than 2 days it developed a leak. I again called my local dealership and they told me it would be over a month before they could repair it. I called Leone’s and they had it back and going in 2 days. I will be making the drive to Leone’s for all Powersports purchases in the future.
Maribeth is great to work with, but, the owners not so much. They would not work with me on pricing for a new machine. It would have been my 3rd new machine in the same amount of years, not to mention all the accessories I bought there. I drove a few hours south and literally saved thousands. I even offered to pay them a thousand more than what I could buy one for elsewhere to keep my business with them. They weren’t interested in my offer so I took my business elsewhere.
If you're looking for a polaris toy, I highly recommend this business! Beth is the best! Very responsive, polite and extremely easy to work with. The rzr I bought even came with a t shirt a hat and a full tank of gas!!!! Little things don't go unnoticed! Thank you so much for a great product and excellent customer service!
