I called into their parts department. Looking for parts for my SxS. The parts guy tells me let me have your name and number, year, make, model, of machine. And I will call you back, with the information. The guy never called.me back, just straight up Ghostfaced me. So I posted on their Facebook page, what happened. And I got blocked for telling them the truth. I guess, they don't like to hear about their incompetent employees, as it might make them look bad! And the fact that they condone that stuff in itself it quite alarming. I was actually considering buying a new machine from.them, and sending them hundreds of dollars in servicing on my SxS's, and ATV'S. But, now I won't. I'm glad I found out about them way beforehand. I'd highly advise anyone from doing any business with them. Or Buying anything from them! If they condone this stuff, just imagine how corrupt they really are! 😳
Waited months for an appointment. Then they only took 1 of 2 machines after I requested both . They took weeks to complete work on car and to let me now what was missing to complete job. I wanted a stereo put in , that cost was $5000 dollars and they told me they only take cash for it after weeks of car being there. I did delay picking up car and they kindly told me I had a week. Today I get a rude , aggressive message I’ll post picture of threating me that I had to pick up car else it ok be outside unsecured. All they had to say is that today is your last day . Simple . Not threaten me
As always Land N' Sea is hands down the best place to go within a 50-mile radius. Truthfully it's the only place that I will go. I just purchased a 2023 KLM 300 dual sport Kawasaki, from LAND N'SEA for one simple reason. That being the first purchase A new 2023 Sea-Doo (SWITCH) jet boat and had nothing but great experiences with Bob and Bobby his son. The to gents behind the desk ordering any extra Items for the Switch. This also include's all the workers in the shop making sure everything is 100% working order even one time on the spot. I would give This Company 20 Stars if I could, hands down amazing customer service furthermore they stand behind You as A Customer first and foremost & their products you are Sold to you or The location to get you Sea-Doo, Bikes, Snow mobiles & everything thing else you can want or need. Fantastic prices & gear. Honestly you can't ask for anything better especially in this day and age of you bought it not my problem people... LAND N' SEA 💯% ...
Always a great experience at Land And Sea Powersports. They have a great facility and have great people always there to assist. I do not have a can am spider dealer that is near me, but it is always worth the drive to Waterbury for service. I highly recommend them for parts, sales or service.
Best shop hands down. I had a last minute request for a tube a install because I pinched it putting on my new tires. The gentleman on the phone said he could do it asap. I won't say what shop said the earliest he could do it was Friday but he'll no. The rim was off the bike also. Land and sea did it in 20 min and installed a rim lock for 80$. I will be back .ty guys.
