We were there for a charity event. The organization and presentation was phenomenal. Gail's has always been a very popular site for fundraising and gatherings. I would definitely love to go back for more charity events and they have a great gift shop.
Fantastic first experience buying a Harley Davidson. Jon spent the better part of 3 hours helping me find the perfect bike for a shorter guy (5'5"). After I purchased my bike, I met the entire team at Gails Powersports and even met Gail herself, the owner. The nicest people you could ask for. The following day, a cable came loose, and Kim in service took me in immediately and had me back on the road in 5 minutes. Great service all around. Great family to be a part of.
10/10 Would Recommend! Like many, I have been wanting to get into riding for years, but I wasn’t quite sure where to start. I stumbled across Gail’s for the riders safety course and it’s the best decision I’ve made! The instructors were phenomenal, Jay and Greg were patient and great teachers - couldn’t have asked for a better experience as a new rider. I was able to purchase my very first bike, and I am so happy it was through Gail’s. Everyone is so kind and supportive. The process felt like spending time with family as opposed to someone trying to make a quick sale. Gails is a phenomenal place to learn, buy and socialize and I’m so happy I get to be apart of it all.
