Took them wheels and tires to mount and when I called for an update they responded if it’s here it’s in line the hung up on me. Not only did they not do the work in the quoted time but they then claimed I was lying about the time frame they gave over the phone which was on the bike, scheduled to come in would take a week, loose wheels would likely be done in two days maybe less if they could fit them in between other jobs. 4 days later they were still untouched. I spent about an hour searching for my bearing dust cover which I knew was with the wheels when they got dropped off and did eventually find after they moved a trailer outside the shop but rather than be able to tell them I had found it…they closed the doors in my face and went home early because that’s good business.
Purchased a 2025 Raptor 700R today and had the best experience! Brandon gave us a phenomenal deal! Eric had us in and out smoothly with paperwork and Andrew helped us strap our new toy on the truck! Absolutely best staff that went above and beyond! Highly recommend and definitely will be back
I had the pleasure of working with Nick at Free Ride Powersports in Ann Arbor, MI, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Nick is a top-notch salesman—friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and never pushy. I already had my eye on the 2022 Polaris RZR Pro R Ultimate Launch Edition, so it was a straightforward sale, but Nick still took the time to walk me through comparisons, pricing, and which machine would best suit my needs. 10/10 highly recommend Free Ride Powersports for all your ORV needs—and definitely ask for Nick. I’m now the proud owner of an absolute beast!

Shopping for an ATV or side-by-side at Free Ride Powersports in Ann Arbor, Michigan? Use this guide to evaluate any unit.
Match the unit to your terrain
Sport ATVs handle tight trails. Utility ATVs pull loads and work ranches. Side-by-sides carry passengers and gear. Ask Free Ride Powersports which models are best suited to your riding terrain and intended use.
Inspect the CV boots and axles
Torn CV boots allow grease to escape and dirt to enter — leading to expensive joint failure. Look for grease slung around the boot area or cracked rubber. This is the most common wear item on ATVs and side-by-sides.
Check the A-arms and ball joints
Grab the wheel at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions and try to rock it — any play suggests worn ball joints or tie-rod ends. These are safety-critical and should be addressed before riding.
Inspect tires and wheel bearings
Off-road tires are expensive. Check for cracking, sidewall damage, and remaining tread. Spin each wheel and listen for rumbling — a sign of worn wheel bearings.
Test all accessories and electronics
Test the winch, plow mount, lighting, and any digital dash features. Electronic throttle bodies and fuel injection systems are harder to diagnose on the lot. Ask Free Ride Powersports to demo any accessories included in the sale.
ATV and side-by-side financing is usually straightforward. Here is what to know when shopping at Free Ride Powersports in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Typical Loan Terms
24 to 60 months is typical. Shorter terms reduce total interest paid.
