Five Star Powersports started in 1998 as a Suzuki automobile franchise. By 2004, it had become the number one Suzuki dealership in the country. Along the way, it expanded to a larger location. In April of 2013, when Suzuki ceased its US automotive operations, Five Star Powersports saw the opportunity and acquired the Mitsubishi franchise for Altoona. As Five Star Powersports Mitsubishi, we have continued to grow, to become the largest Mitsubishi dealership in the eastern US and the third largest in the entire country.

Lucas from sales was great, but unfortunately that is where the positive experience ended. We purchased 2 ATVS, 2 rack extenders and 2 sets of grip warmers. We were told that the grip warmers were in, but when we went to pick them up we were told that they were not there and we did not order them. The goof ball in parts was rude saying that it’s not in the system that it was even ordered. Eventually in an attempt to save face they offered to make it right by sending the grips and rack extender for free. That would have been great if they actually did that. Unfortunately over a month later there has been no communication and no parts. There is zero accountability with this dealership.

I have been to this place 3-4 times and have never been approached by a sales person. Went down for the for Black Friday sales yesterday and browsed in the lobby 15 minutes before approaching a salesperson and asking the price on a bike to which they just looked it up and told me the price and immediately went back to looking on their computer. Just do not seem to want to help you find something in my experiences I have been here.
