I needed a snow helmet, and goggles. Walked in knowing very little and walked out very happy. The knowledge and candor I experienced was Aces. Never tried to push me into a brand or anything that wasn't comfortable to wear. Didn't try selling me on their top shelf options but explained the features that warrant the price. Fun experience. Thank you, I appreciate ya. The X2D goggles are pretty bad ass...just sayin.
I cannot even begin to express how wonderful the staff is at fast toys. They are beyond helpful and make you feel very comfortable about your purchase and experience level. The salesmen are super kind & helpful if you’re on the fence or don’t really know what you’re looking for. They aren’t pushy, are patient & great about following up. I got an 1100 Honda & couldn’t be more in love with it. I didn’t feel pressured and all of my questions were answered. Ordering parts is easy peasy & they have a decent selection of helmets.
From the start to when Blake brought my 2026 beta alp 4.0 up the driveway it was a smooth process. The guys are more than helpful and even for a first time buyer like myself. It can be intimidating to walk into a store for a hobby you are new to and be walked through the whole process from what i want to get out of a bike, accessories i need and financing options to boot. They helped work around my schedule to make things happen. Blake primarily helped guide me through the process, Jessica helped with the financial side of things and i feel terrible for forgetting her name, but the gal that helped size a helmet and with accessories too was amazing. Overall i'd be happy to do business down the road.
Mark was the best salesperson I have dealt with in a long time. Honest, open, and zero pressure. He seems far more interested in listening to the customer to understand what product will best fit their needs than trying to sell them something. After taking time to know what bike would best fit, he showed us the right bike at an incredibly good price. Then he gave us time to think about it. Once I decided to buy from him, the service continued to be top notch. They have a huge inventory and they don’t feel the need to make the sale. They just enjoy getting to know their customers and realize that treating people as friends makes them want to be a customer of and when they are ready. When a shop has a lot of inventory of the products that people want they are able to relax, enjoy getting to know people.
