Went in to buy a Polaris XD 1500 Northstar ultimate the front desk when you walk in there’s a guy on the computer look like he was answering emails wouldn’t even look up and acknowledge you as I walked around for 15 minutes. Too busy to say hello good morning. Give me 10 minutes. I’ll be with you whatever if I own this dealership, I fire him immediately. Went back home ordered one in Florida and trailer out there
The gm immediately told me they can’t get a part without looking it up. I chose to record the phone call she then looks it up and finds the part. Immense attitude towards a customer idk why. Then a tech gets on the phone begins cussing at me that they don’t have to help me. I just wanted a part 😂 pay these miserable brokeys more money omg! Talk about a miserable place I wouldn’t trust this place to work on a bicycle. Avoid avoid avoid. The GM is not credible and is deterring money from the business. RED FLAG. They then hung up on me. I see why driven is close to closing down/ why you guys give Motorsport a back with more issues then they came in. Yall are miserable and should be replaced.
Our entire experience with Driven Powersports was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier. A huge shoutout to Garrett Hill – he took great care of us throughout the whole process. He was honest, easy to work with, and never pushy, which made the experience even better. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine customer service these days. We’ll definitely be back when it’s time for more toys. Highly recommend!
Brought them my side by side. They replaced parts that did not fix problem. Then tried to convince me the parts replaced were bad. When I got the side by side back I asked for the original parts which proved they were fine with only 1,500 miles on the side by side in total. I paid $380 to get my side by back in worse condition than when I brought it in. Now it still had the original problem and the steering alignment is off with new replacement parts that were not needed. This shop is the definition of throwing parts at a rig until it's fixed. Conclusion is i brought it in for a popping sound in my front end resulting in me not having my rig for 2 months, out almost $400, have new parts installed for no reason, and last the original problem that was never fixed.
I recently purchased a 2019 Chaparral 297 SSX from Driven Powersports and I couldn't be happier. We bought the boat without making a visit or a test drive. Matt sent us several detailed videos of the boat and answered all of my questions. I live in Louisville KY and had the boat shipped from Wyoming. The crew did a great job of wrapping and protecting the boat for the trip. Barry and Matt were great to work with throughout the entire process. They followed through on all of their commitments and gave us a great deal on an awesome boat. They are are professional shop, I would recommend them to any out of town buyers. Thanks!
