Anthony is a great sales guy. Very knowledgeable about products in stock. Office staff is top notch. They even gave me a quick meal and drink during the sales process. Sales process was seamless and timely. After the sale attention has been great as well. Would definately buy here again. Great small family business! Update: So I wanted to update this review regarding the after sale service. I had several problems with this sled after purchasing it from this dealer. I took it to the UP and rode it 350 miles or so. Notice the fuel gauge wasn't working right, starter was acting up working intermittently, weird engine noise at 5000-6700 rpms and the engine would cut out periodically at steady speeds. I also noticed some cosmetic issues and broken body parts on the sled the dealer stated they would replace after the sale but I still have not seen them. So took the sled to Renzies Power sports in the UP since thats where I was and any certifies tech should be able to fix it right? Tech there told me that when he inspected the sled and the primary clutch that it had been modified with weights, clickers where in different positions and some parts on it where installed backwards causing the clutch to be off balance. He also told me the clutch came off easily and was close to coming off the sled during operation so it wasn't tightened down correctly. Thus the weird engine noise and engine cut out at steady speeds due to the computer recognizing this. I took these issues up with Al at Dees Marine and was told the tech at Renzies doesn't know what he is doing. Instead of AL calling me back he told me to call him because he is really busy and would forget. We'll he did not call me back and why should I have to call him again about these issues. There is a bit more to the story involving other issues with the sled however when I purchased it I was told they had put it through service and was good to go! Obviously not the case. Good thing I purchased an extended warranty on the sled since it was used. So much for the after the sale care I guess. Be wary of buying a used sled here. I won't be going back. My sled has been sitting at the other dealer for 21 days now and still no progress waiting on parts from Ski doo. What a waiste of a great riding season. Customer service is pretty much dead everywhere. #frustrated. Changed my rating from a 5 star to a 2 Star. They got my money and handed me a message of problems. I will never buy used again after this experience.

Bought a wear ring July 10th tried to return it July 24th and they wouldn’t return it because it bag was ripped and it was over the return date mind you it was two weeks to the day. From my experience you have to 30 days to return it if you have the receipt and original package which I did have. And some guy came from the front with attitude toward me telling me they absolutely would not accept the return.
Had a mystery leak in my jet ski, Allen and his team had it solved within 2 days. Had it in the water with no issues. Best service around town, and I’ve been to all of them. Keep up the great work!!
