Excellent experience with family owners. I have a 2003 Royal Star Venture in for an oil change. They did it at the last minute. Super cool place brings back my childhood of going into the BMX & Schwinn shops.
The store was very clean and organized the staff was nice and professional my son and I was able to meet the owner who was a very down to earth kind of guy nice and welcoming hope to return very soon.
They did not carry the light bulb for my turn signal after going to 4 different places, but an older gentlemen pointed me to the right place. Lowe’s 😎 Thank you! I will be back for some gear! ✌️
Machine was torn apart, I ordered the wrong seal. Called several dealers and looked online-the correct seal was on backorder every where. A dealership in WV gave me a phone number to try here: Mike answered the phone, was incredible kind and had the part. He shipped it to me that day! Machine is back together with no leaks!
