Drove 3.5hrs to get this bike I had seen online and got there at 9am right when they opened. I was pre approved and had the bike on hold with them ahead of time to save some time when I got there. I waited until 10:30 walking around the showroom to be told to drive 10 minutes away to their warehouse to see the bike I had them hold for me. And then was told to load it up in my truck to bring it back to the main store so they could do a final clean and inspection of it. After looking it over it was dirtier than I thought and one of the younger guys said the owner loaned it to a friend awhile back so that kinda irritated me it wasn’t perfect like they claimed but whatever. So I brought it from the warehouse to their store and unloaded it after realizing it had a dead battery. The service tech, and finance guy told me it was having a new battery put in it along with the once over. At this point it is 11:30 and after 3 total hours of being at the dealer at 12:30 I finally got to load it back up and drive 3.5hrs home just to find out they lied to me and didn’t replace the battery so it was dead when I got home. The ONLY reason this is not a 1 star review is the finance guy I had was really nice even though he said it got a new battery when it didn’t he was a very genuine guy.
I brought in an older low mileage snowmobile with a complicated electronic issue. Paul and his team were very upfront about their process that included duplicating the issue, hourly costs and focused results. The turnaround was quick, transparent and painless. I would highly recommend this place for service.
