I walked in and the sales rep spotted me and said my name and knew who I was right away. The experience was pleasant and prompt. The process was super easy and everyone was very helpful and friendly. A BIG thanks to Jeremy for all his help with achieving my first motorcycle. Also, thanks to Sam and everyone involved getting this kicked off and finalized. They even delivered it to my house and the gentleman was super friendly. What a great group of folks. I definitely recommend! Best in Boise!
Sam hooked me up. He helped get me situated with a 2021 Khaos. He was there to answer all my questions, help set me up with a maintainence plan, and walk me through the sled. A great contact I will use going forward. Each experience at Carls has been positive. The first was a KLR650. Wasn't the bike for me but I appreciate Carl's supporting me and helping get me on the right track. Awesome guys here!
I went into Carl's to look at a SxS and was told that Sam was an awesome guy, so he showed me the one that I was interested in and he told and me all about it, the wife and I took it for a test drive and loved it. I then added what I wanted to it and Sam came up with a great deal so I purchased it. The whole transaction was very smooth all the employees I met that day were super nice people. Sam delivered my ride before Christmas and it was the best present ever. I had a couple of minor problems but Sam was right on top of it and took care of it all. I just want say if your looking to purchase a toy definitely ask for Sam he is an Awesome guy. Thanks for everything.
I could not recommend Russle enough as a sales rep. His customer service is just absolutely impeccable. He helped me find my starter motorcycle last year and he helped me find another incredible step up. I would not buy a bike unless he was the one selling it.
