Wanted to share my experience with Big St.Charles and specifically my sales person Desma. She assisted me in a 2 bike purchase. Not only did she hunt down the exact spec bike I was looking for, she got me a better deal than any dealer in 200 miles. It was quick and painless. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about STL Powersports and the way Mike and Jim take care of their customers. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Unfortunately, the first bike I bought just wasn’t right—but they took it back with absolutely no questions asked.
