Really nice outfit to do business with. I had an issue with my brand new ATV, and they immediately made it right. That is rare these days. Highly recommend this Honda dealer.
If you value your life and motorcycle, do NOT go to B&B Cycle Inc. B&B Cycle Inc. cannot even put on a set of tires correctly. I took two new tires and tubes to B&B Cycle Inc. to put on at a cost of 115 bucks. B&B Cycle Inc. had the bike for two days and it was covered in dust when I picked it up. The rear tire balance weight fell off after unloading it that same day. The front tire balance weight was the same one that was already on it but they charged me for a new one, which is illegal. The rear tire adjuster was set to different numbers on each side causing an imbalance to the bike. I called and informed B&B Cycle Inc. of their deadly mistakes and all B&B Cycle Inc. could say was, 'sorry, bring it back and we'll fix it', told B&B Cycle Inc. that I wanted my money back and B&B Cycle Inc. said they'd give me a free oil change but no refund. No way, as if I would let them touch my bike again. Luckily, I had a friend who actually knows what they are doing and helped me correct the issues. This place is a JOKE!

*Edited 4/23/2024 Jeff reached out directly via text. He apologized for the confusion about the bike not having ABS. He offered to trade for an ABS version (the Same color/year), a 2021 (an older ABS bike), or return it. After some discussion, I returned it to him, and I apologized for not noticing it sooner. We discussed what we could have done differently. The process was smooth, and I would like to thank Jeff for his honest customer service in getting this mistake fixed. ____________________________________________________________ I purchased a bike from B&B Cycle in December 2023. I was looking at getting a Ninja 650, and I inquired about a forest green-colored one. They called and said they had none of those in stock, but they had a KRT and black 650 in stock. Since the beginning of our interactions, I stressed that I wanted an ABS bike - not a NON-ABS. I did not like the color of the KRT version, so I went for the black motorcycle and purchased it. During signing multiple times, I verified that it was ABS, and Jeff said, "Yes, it is." A little over four months later, I am now finding out that it is not the ABS version. I called them, and neither Greg nor Jeff could tell me immediately that my bike came with or without ABS. Also, B&B Cycle has its MSRP for the Ninja 650, which I bought for $8,934. The NON-ABS models are MSRP at $8,299 - $8,499. I feel highly misled and now have a bike of little value compared to what I expected I was buying. I would not recommend B&B Cycle if you are a new biker looking for a bike.
