I shouldve researched them a little better before ordering, and dug deeper on their return policy. They have a rectifier that according to their website is compatible with my atv, and checked return policy and in the return policy it says as long as its not used it can be returned. Upon receiving the incorrect part for my atv, I filed for a return, but deeper down in the smaller print, it says electrical and fiberglass parts are returnable. Why would that be? Does shipping it interfere with its performance, if so, why ship it to me. I believe they purposely have parts listed properly and make it unreturnable to con customers into buying stuff and having them sruck with it. Ill make sure to use a more reputable supplier next time.
I had a terrible experience with Babbitt’s and would NOT recommend doing business with them. I ordered a part back in May that was on backorder. Six months later—yes, six months—the part finally shipped. By that point, I no longer needed it, so I reached out immediately to return it. Their response? I could return it ONLY for store credit, even though the extreme shipping delay was entirely on their end. I asked for a reasonable exception due to the circumstances, and they flat-out refused offering me store credit. Any reputable company would take responsibility for a half-year delay and issue a refund, but Babbitt’s refused to work with me in any way. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I won’t be ordering from them again. Save yourself the headache—shop somewhere that actually values its customers.
Babbitts is the worst place i have ever delt with.. i WAS a customer since 1982 & bought many bikes from them.. Their add said free oil change even if u didnt buy the bike there.. i didnt have the add with me & was accused of lieing about the add !!!!! I have PTSD from previous cycle crash cuz the frame broke on a bike i bought from them new in 2015... They knew i had PTSD cuz ive had my service dog in there & talked to employees about why i have him...So they harrassed a disabled senior & yes i yelled back.. i will take them to court & i have the whole thing on my body cam !! I was riding my bike that day & i always wear my body cam while riding a motorcycle... They will deleat this like they did my last message...
Just got a new quad there last weekend. Great OTD price and an amazingly helpful staff. Not pushy but there when you need them 100%.
