Called for some help on getting my sled going after it just died and no sign of life. They were really helpful in walking me through some things to try over the phone and genuinely felt like they wanted to help me and not just sell me some service. Appreciate the consideration
When you talk about customer service Adventure Center took care of me. I was currently riding a 21 RIOT that was having issues. I didnt wanna wait for parts or lose time for riding this season. I was in Fredric Michigan and called them at 1:30 and asked them if they had a 26 Riot 858 in stock with all options. They said yes we close at 2. Lets just say when I was close into town I called Bob met me at store and opened the doors to make this deal possible. I received the best service again. I called around and they didnt have the sled I wanted or the color. So because of my previous experience with them I made the drive to support them. Nothing but great things to say about this FAMILY owned business.
Shortly after I purchased my 2015 Arctic Cat M7000 in 2017 it developed an annoying idiosyncrasy of running rich during the warm up phase until it reached operating temp. It would also stall when coming to a stop if you didn't feather the throttle. Upon restart it would idle fine. I took it to dealers who never fixed it and I tried my best to fix it to no avail. I just lived with this issue for years. We were snowmobiling in the area and we stopped in to look at new sleds. I got to talking about my issue with Bob and he said confidently we can fix that! After talking more about the specifics and demonstrating the issue I dropped it off a little apprehensively. Long story short, Mike understands the technical side of troubleshooting very well and was glad I could talk to someone one on one who is techy. I picked the machine up and the machine runs and idles like new with no more issues at all. I could not be more pleased. They did what others could not at a reasonable price. Thanks to Bob and his Yamaha tech and crew for getting my M7000 UP Special running perfect!
Hands down best dealership in the U.P. Service will work on anything and they will help out with anything that they can to get a guy back on the trail. Bob has been a go to for us for years since we were in college. Will not find a better dealership elsewhere than Adventure Centre.
Went in and bought a new sled nothing but good things to say. Had another sled break down and Bob got us right in and fixed us up. Great customer service and great showroom.
