Overall well designed, but quality of workmanship, finishing details lacking
Overall, Winnebago quality and engineering are really good. The only thing on our 2019 Sightseer36Z that could have been done better is the mounting of the door awning and the engine exterior hood lateral latch.
We love the RV bit unfortunately we have had quite a few issues with it.
All good but no outside storage. Nice budget camper with lots of internal storage. Full sized bed and clothes storage overhead. Lots of storage for under the bed.
Some of the things we like most about our RV include the separate master bedroom, double kitchen sink with pull down faucet, full oven and a separate microwave, a second entry/exit door, power hitch and jacks, the slide-out, outside stereo speakers and the double full size bunks in the rear. Some of the things we would change would be getting a shower instead of a bathtub, add an outside kitchen, the location of the levers for the gray and black tanks which are near impossible to reach with the slide open, and more space on sides of bed in master
The wheels should have been further back, when loaded with motorcycles all the weight is in the back. Would like more windows
Need for clothes hanging storage; AC unit underbed, super loud! Compared to Little Guy and newer model of Tab400
Cabinets on either side of bed. The rod is too low to hang clothes. Heat should be a choice of electric or propane. RV has only propane as a choice. Air Conditioning is way too noisy!!
Several quality issues buy like the floor plan, the rear patio, the bunk bed for our daughter. A better quality control is with higher components quality will help increase the rating. It's very bad to pay that amount and get that many issues but it's like the industry it is, unfortunately.
Best think I like is that it's made with inside aluminum framing not wood. I like my Rockwood Mini Lite but MOST RV's have cheap outlets and cheap water connections that end up leaking. The day I got my new RV home I took out all the cheap electric outlets, installed electrical boxes & house grade outlets. I also took out all plastic water connections & installed brass connections with compression lock rings not the cheap kind the pinch.
