Whiskey Mountain RV operates almost exclusively on the internet. 98% of our customers come from out of state. 50% of those are delivered directly to the customer's residence. Many times they have not seen their new RV until it actually arrives at their home. Why do people do that - Why not just buy something closer to home? We believe it is because they came to trust us - trusted us to deliver afar better RV product that would be serviced beyond their expectations and sell it for a competitive price. We believe that from the very first contact with the customer to the last we work to provide truthful information and let the customer decide when they are ready to proceed. We do not rush that process by using high pressure sales tactics.
