Here at Ted's Motorcycle World of Alton, IL we’re proud of our tradition of bringing quality products and services to the St. Louis Metro Area. And rightly so. After all, we’ve been at it now for over 44 years! The doors of Ted's Motorcycle World first opened in July of 1966. Original owner, Ted Burelson, and a staff of two employees manned the store until 1974 when consistent growth mandated the workforce be increased.
