Winsel Love has been in the boating industry for over 45 years. In the mid-1970s, he started working at his father's business, Valdosta Marine Center. Winsel worked there until the business closed its doors in the early 1980s. He then took a sales and service position at Don's Boats and Motors. In 2002, Don's Boats and Motors was sold to A.D. and Alan Holt and was renamed Diamond Eagle Marine.
