Hennepin Marine opened its doors all the way back in the 1960’s in the small town of Hennepin, IL along the Illinois River. At the time, Hennepin Marine was a single man operation. Lynn purchased the business in 1974 and this all began to change. With commitments to customer service and building a qualified, knowledgeable staff, Lynn hired a team and together they built a well-known reputation that is second to none! Since then, we have changed buildings and expanded our entire operation. In 2005, Rich & Nic joined Lynn in the ownership of Hennepin Marine. Together, they will carry Hennepin Marine into the future! Currently, we have two large indoor showrooms, large parts & accessory departments, and our award-winning service department! Our customers travel from all over the state of Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana, and even all over the United States to Hennepin Marine.
