We have a very different business model than your average car dealership. These days alot of dealerships are known for taking advantage of the customer whether it be price, financing, or poorly reconditioned vehicles that they don't stand behind. Sadly after a dozen years in the business at many different dealerships I have found some truth in that. I always had a different mentality, I believe if you listen to a customers wants and needs you can actually help them instead of just selling them a car. I learned when you do that people want to give you their business. I realized you can actually help people in this business. That is how Autoplex of Affton's business model was born. I learned young, if you condition your cars with reputable mechanics you have a product you can stand behind and believe in. If you believe in your product then your customer will also believe in your product. Now that's a great start but to be successful you have to have compassion for your customers. I know that when a customer leaves here happy with their purchase and knowing they got a good vehicle, a good deal, and we managed to meet their wants and needs that they will come back for their next car; as well as send in their friends and family because everybody loves to share a good experience and want their friends and family taken care of when referring them to a business. We want you to send those people with confidence. Because of this business model we don't need to mark our cars up for every sale, if you take care of your customers you can sell in volume and still make a living while helping other people.
